On the basis of such an intake interview, our research will be reduced to the essence of your decisionprocess. This will immediately lead to an effective method and substantially lower costs. The methods we use are:
Set-up
We make a set-up, interview structure or questionaire. You can either do the research yourself or contract it out to a third party, for instance a callcentre or an agency specialized in conducting a telephonic survey.
Brainstorm
Focus groups, paneldiscussions, brainstorm sessions or expert meetings. We discuss the goal and finalresult and formulates the themes, discussionpoints or metafors. We lead the discussion ourselves. We invite experts, scientists or customers depending on the goals. You will be there. No cameras, no closed doors. Together, discussing openly. STEM makes the final report.
Internet survey
We have the possibility to design an internet survey. We or you determine who should be invited to join in. This survey can be conducted in English with the cooperation of international respondents. We proces and analyses the results and puts these in a report and/or presentations.
Desk research
We can find answers to your questions by studying reports, internet search and data from database files. This could be interesting for trends, competition research, government ordinances or projects in the pipeline.
