It's essential to have a clear insight into the customer's businessmodel, if you want to assess winning valueconcepts. STEM Industrial Marketing Centre has experience assessing these valuedrivers. Such a research starts with an interview and brainstormsessions with your colleagues, because they have a lot of expertise. Then they, together or without with us, are going to have a strategic interview with their customers and prospects. We will put this information in a report.

Survey

The research can be supplemented with an internet survey, which makes it possible to collect more quantative data. In this way you'll get a clearer insight into the activities which save costs or generate a profit for the customer. If these problems are too complex to access by means of an internet survey, then we - together with the customer - have to do research at the customer's company.
