Training goal
You will develop the following competences during the Advanced Accountmanagement Training:

You will learn a method to take the customer relation to a higher level, proceeding from the good relation you have with the customer. You'll also learn to analyse customer problems well and translate them creatively into value propositions: from selling products to selling solutions. After completing the training you will be better able to fulfill customer expectations in your own organization and your personal effectiveness will have increased.
Target group
Ambitious, commercial people with a five to ten year experience in sales. Salesmanagers, accountmanagers, key account managers, technical accountmanagers, etc. People in the target group have already completed their commercial skillstraining (presentation techniques, submitting offers, negotiating, building trust etc.) and are looking for a different way to distinguish themselves. They have the ambition to improve the customer relation even more. Participants are looking for handles to shift the focus from selling products to selling systems solutions.
