By order of the Ministery of Economic Affairs STEM Techniek en Marketing has developed a marketingmodel for technological institutes. Together with ECN, NLR and Marin we analysed marketing and commerce. Expertteams developed the marketingmodel, which these technological institutes used to get to work.
Customersatisfaction research and valueconcept research have been conducted for among others Linde Gas Benelux and AkzoNobel; for DSM Research and the ROC marketresearch to test the feasibility of new services.
